We offer high-quality, standardized powder coating services for steel and aluminum parts. Our team of expert technicians uses a process of applying powder coating to aluminum, followed by oven curing to melt and permanently bond the paint to the metal surface. This method is popular for doors, windows, fences, structures, and industrial components due to its high durability and aesthetic appeal.
Aluminum powder coating process
- Surface Preparation
Clean off oil, dust, and dirt. Surface etching or sandblasting may be used to improve paint adhesion. - Powder Coating
Use an electrostatic spray gun to evenly apply powder paint to the aluminum surface. - Heat Curing
Place the workpiece in an oven at approximately 180–200°C for 10–20 minutes. The paint will melt and solidify into a film. - Cooling and Quality Inspection
Check the smoothness, thickness, and adhesion of the paint.
Strength
- Weather-resistant (sun and rain), does not peel easily, long lifespan.
- Smooth and even surface color.
- Excellent protection against corrosion and scratches.
- More environmentally friendly than water-based paints (solvent-free).
Limitations
- Requires an oven and specialized equipment.
- Spot repairs are more difficult than water-based paint application.
- Initial costs are higher for small jobs.
